Warm Weather States Roads Part II

The first part of this article explains the basics of the difference in the roads in cold weather and warm weather states and some basic notes of caution.

Now, what happens when warm weather states roads are wet? Because there is less rock content, as soon as the roads are wet the oil on the road is now on top of the road which makes the roads almost as bad as having ice on them.

One thing to help avoid a dangerous situation is let it rain for awhile so the oil has a chance to move over to the side of the road so it is not as slippery.
