I’ve seen plenty of weird things in the motorcycle world and this is one of the most bizarre. A group of artists lead by body-paint artist Trina Merry from San Francisco created three body-painted living statues of a sport bike, a dirt bike, and a cruiser all ridden by a biker chick (sports reporter and model Erin Bates. The team worked for 3 days to bring the idea to life—the art will be used for an ad campaign of the Progressive International Motorcycle Shows.
By the way, Erin Bates, the model is a real biker chick—she rides a dirt bike. I like the fake motocross body suit—they should manufacture it. Watch the video at the end to see how the living statues came to be.
